… is Player Of The Week after his other-worldly performance as the Huskies defeated Temecula Chaparral 56-21 on Friday, Nov. 25, 2011. Goodman, a senior, ran for 356 yards and a school-record eight touchdowns as Centennial advanced to their fifth consecutive CIF-Southern Section Inland Division semifinal with the victory.

Goodman becomes FOMB’s first ever two-time Player Of The Week, and is yet another in a long ling of great backs at Centennial. He’s rushed for 2,269 yards this season — his second consecutive season with 1,000-plus yards — and now has 3,410 in his career. Just 5-foot-5, 165 pounds, Goodman should garner Division-I interest for his elusiveness and big-play ability. Whether or not he realizes his potential beyond this season remains to be seen.
