POWER RANKINGS: California League
2015 SEASON
WEEK ONE
1. Inland Empire (5-1) — Sixers’ only loss was 3-1 to Stockton on Opening Day.
2. Visalia (5-1) — Rawhide’s strong start at home led by an elite hitter.
3. Stockton (2-3) — Ports’ bats came alive in their last series.
4. High Desert (3-3) — Mavericks have won their last two after a dreadful start.
5. Modesto (2-4) — Nuts could have done a lot worse to start the season.
6. Lake Elsinore (3-3) — Storm were off to a 3-1 start at home before High Desert came to town.
7. Lancaster (2-3) — JetHawks and Stockton had a game postponed because of rain (of all things)!
8. Rancho Cucamonga (3-3) — Quakes .500 on the road over the first six games.
9. San Jose (2-4) — Giants were swept by Visalia, not a good early sign.
10. Bakersfield (2-5) — Blaze have won just two of their last five at home.
