I covered the Fontana Summit-Riverside Patriot varsity football game for the Riverside Press-Enterprise on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 and came away thinking about injuries that happen during kickoffs — and the coverage thereof. I covered the Victorville Silverado-Rubidoux Patriot varsity playoff football game for the Riverside Press-Enterprise on Friday, Nov. 21, and came away thinking Silverado really has something in junior QB Jemeryn Jenkins.
