THROUGH WEEK TEN

1. Vista Murrieta (9-1) — Broncos are back in the saddle again heading into the CIF-Southern Section playoffs, but another showdown with Inland Division rival Centennial looms.
THIS SEASON: 9-1 overall, 5-0 Southwestern League. LAST SEASON: 13-1 overall, 5-0 Southwestern League.
LAST RANKED: No. 2.

WEEK ELEVEN: vs. Rancho Cucamonga Los Osos in a CIF-Southern Section Inland Division 1st Round game on FRIDAY.

2. Corona Centennial (8-2) — Huskies finished the regular season with 534 points — the most in the Inland Area. Should Coach Matt Logan have saved some of those points for the postseason?
THIS SEASON: 8-2 overall, 5-0 Big VIII League. LAST SEASON: 14-2 overall, 5-0 Big VIII League.

3. Rancho Cucamonga (9-1) — Cougars coughed up the chance at playing with a target on their back and will instead enter the playoffs under the radar after an embarrassing Week 10 loss.
THIS SEASON: 9-1 overall, 4-1 Baseline League. LAST SEASON: 10-3 overall, 4-1 Baseline League.
LAST RANKED: No. 1.
LAST GAME: lost 24-6 to Upland in a Baseline League game on Friday, Nov. 8.
WEEK ELEVEN: vs. Redlands East Valley at Rancho Cucamonga Los Osos HS in a CIF-SS Inland Division 1st Round game FRIDAY.

4. Menifee Heritage (9-1) — Patriots may have finished the regular season with more than 3,500 rushing yards, but they also were just three points away from an unbeaten record.
THIS SEASON: 9-1 overall, 5-0 Sunbelt League. LAST SEASON: 11-2 overall, 5-0 Sunbelt League.
LAST RANKED: No. 5.

WEEK ELEVEN: vs. Riverside Arlington in a CIF-SS Central Division 1st Round game on FRIDAY.

5. Temecula Chaparral (7-3) — Pumas were predictably thrashed in by Vista Murrieta in Week 10, must rebound quickly in order to defend home field in playoff opener.
THIS SEASON: 7-3 overall, 4-1 Southwestern League. LAST SEASON: 7-4 overall, 3-2 Southwestern League.
LAST RANKED: No. 4.
LAST GAME: lost 41-5 to No. 1 Vista Murrieta in a Southwestern League game on Friday, Nov. 8.
WEEK ELEVEN: vs. Chino Hills in a CIF-SS Inland Division 1st Round game on FRIDAY.

6. San Bernardino San Gorgonio (10-0) — It’s not how you start but how you finish. Can Spartans keep up the prolific offensive numbers en route to a CIF-SS Eastern Division title?
THIS SEASON: 10-0 overall, 5-0 San Andreas League. LAST SEASON: 8-3 overall, 4-1 San Andreas League.
LAST RANKED: No. 8.

WEEK ELEVEN: vs. Hesperia in a CIF-SS Eastern Division 1st Round game on FRIDAY.

7. Temecula Great Oak (6-4) — Wolfpack got two wins at the end of the season to secure their spot in the postseason. Junior RB Nick Fisher leads the team with 1,226 yards and 17 TDs.
THIS SEASON: 6-4 overall, 3-2 Southwestern League. LAST SEASON: 5-6 overall, 2-3 Southwestern League.
LAST RANKED: No. 7.
LAST GAME: def. Murrieta Mesa 31-21 in a Southwestern League game on Friday, Nov. 8.
WEEK ELEVEN: at Norco in a CIF-SS Inland Division 1st Round game on FRIDAY.

8. Perris Citrus Hill (9-1) — Defending CIF-Southern Section Eastern Division champions enter 2013 playoff as the No. 3 seed behind San Gorgonio and Serrano, respectively.
THIS SEASON: 9-1 overall, 5-0 Mountain Pass League. LAST SEASON: 14-0 overall, 5-0 Mountain Pass League.
LAST RANKED: No. 8.
LAST GAME: def. Hemet West Valley 55-15 in a Mt. Pass League game on Friday, Nov. 8.
WEEK ELEVEN: vs. Riverside Ramona in a CIF-SS Eastern Division 1st Round game on FRIDAY.

9. Murrieta Valley (6-4) — Nighthawks were hoping a convincing Week 10 win could convince CIF voters to award a fourth playoff spot to the Southwestern League. Well… Not so much.
THIS SEASON: 6-4 overall, 2-3 Southwestern League. LAST SEASON: 10-2 overall, 4-1 Southwestern League.
LAST RANKED: No. 10.
LAST GAME: def. Temecula Valley 48-30 in a Southwestern League game on Friday, Nov. 8.
NEXT GAME: Season complete.

10. Corona Santiago (5-5) — Sharks are down and may soon be out. Coach Jeff Steinberg’s team, which hovered around the Top 5 most of the season, is limping into the postseason.
THIS SEASON: 5-5 overall, 3-2 Big VIII League. LAST SEASON: 6-5 overall, 4-1 Big VIII League.
LAST RANKED: No. 6.
LAST GAME: lost, 56-21, to Norco in a Big VIII League game on Friday, Nov. 8.
WEEK ELEVEN: at Rialto Eisenhower in a CIF-SS Inland Division 1st Round game on FRIDAY.
