FOUR & MORE: Best Inland Area QF Games
PREP FOOTBALL
2014 Playoffs
QUARTERFINALS
1. MoVal Rancho Verde at Perris Citrus Hill, Inland — This one will provide all the fireworks anyone should ever need out of a prep football game. Likely an instant classic.
2. Corona Centennial vs. Santa Ana Mater Dei, PAC-5 — The significance of this game is a little overwhelming. The fact that it’s being played in the Santa Ana Bowl is enthralling.
3. Riverside Norte Vista at Phelan Serrano, Eastern — The Braves run the ball — 500-plus yards last week — while the Diamondbacks have built a program based upon run defense.
4. Mission Viejo at Rancho Cucamonga, West Valley — A massive O.C. school headed into Inland Area territory for a playoff game is still something new.
AND MORE: Victorville Silverado at Hesperia Oak Hills, Eastern — These teams know each other, know about each other and plain don’t like each other. The High Desert will be on High Alert.
