TEAM TARKANIAN will be led by the Corona Centennial duo of 6-foot-1 guard Isom Butler and 6-8 forward Jalen Hill. Isom is undecided while Hill, the Team USA Youth National player, is signed with UCLA. Woodcrest Christian’s 6-4 shooting guard Alex Wright (committed to CBU) should see plenty of time matching up against the opposition’s top guards.
TEAM MASI got Eastvale Roosevelt’s 6-4 guard Jamari Baker and 6-6 forward Matt Mitchell — CIF champions — so everything else is mathematical, right? Baker, a silky combo guard, decommitted from Cal and is currently undecided. Mitchell is locked in at Cal State Fullerton. REV’s 6-6 forward Kim Aiken (Eastern Washington) will be one to watch on a team deep with bigs.
