FOUR & MORE: Inland Area QBs
PREP FOOTBALL 2021 (PRESEASON)
BEST FOUR & MORE QUARTERBACKS
1. Jayden Max Denegal, Sr., Apple Valley – 6-foot-5 phenom and recent Michigan commit has offers from all the big NCAA programs across all the big conferences after an abridged junior year in which he dominated the High Desert (11 passing TDs, no INTs) as the Sun Devils claimed the Mojave River League title.
2. Kyle Crum, Sr., Norco – One of the nation’s elite play callers has the go-ahead to change it up at the line of scrimmage any time after a junior year (14 passing TDs & 1,200-plus passing yards in five games) where he led the Cougars to their first win over Centennial since 2012.
3. Brandon Rose, Sr., Murrieta Valley – Statistically the best of the bunch (1,400-plus passing yard in five games), a shortened junior season did little to curb the 6-foot-3 gunslinger’s progression as the top QB south of the 91 Freeway.
4. Elijah Robinson, Sr., Perris Orange Vista – Best dual-threat QB prospect in either county is also the most underrated after contributing 10 total TDs and more than 1,000 yards in just four games.
AND MORE:
Landon DeBruyne, Jr., MoVal Rancho Verde – Outplayed the guy who transferred in earlier this year to win the job.
Keon Gantt, Jr., Perris Citrus Hill – Handed reins of the offense and learned a lot with 11 TDs and five INTs.
Dominic Garcia, Sr., Riverside Norte Vista – Seven of his 10 completions went for touchdowns in run-first offense.
Brady Jones, Sr., Vista Murrieta – Started hot and ended hotter as Broncos snatched SWL title from Murrieta Valley.
