Murrieta Valley senior Dorian Hoze has been selected InlandFieldhouse.com’s Player of the Week after a pounding performance as the Nighthawks beat Rancho Cucamonga, 35-19, in a CIF-Southern Section Week 0 nonleague game on Friday, Aug. 23, 2024.
Doze totaled 29 carries for 182 yards and all five touchdowns for the Nighthawks (1-0 overall), who got out to an early lead before holding on to defeat Rancho Cucamonga for the second consecutive season.
The 5-foot-9, 180-pound running back had 1,490 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns last season.
