Ricardo Ramirez, Hesperia Oak Hills — This two-year starter has allowed just 12 goals in 1,295 minutes this season for unbeaten Bulldogs, a reigning CIF-State semifinalist. Now a 6-foot-1 senior, Ramirez has 12 shutouts through 20 games, and his 0.74 goals-against average and 110 saves are among Inland Area leaders. 2.
