.. is Player Of The Week after his performance in Corona Centennial’s dominating 52-34 victory over Riverside North on Friday night, Oct. 7, 2011. A senior, Goodman ran for 226 yards and three touchdowns as Centennial remained the top dog, er Husky, in the Inland Area.

As North’s Huskies progressed into a top team in 2011, this matchup looked like a potential Game Of The Year candidate. But Goodman’s steady 9.4 yards-per-carry on Friday made Week 5 a lopsided affair for Centennial, and kept the reigning Big VIII League and CIF-Southeren Section Inland Division champs on track. The Huskies are 4-1 overall, 2-0 in league.
