Manny Berz, Perris Citrus Hill — Had a remarkable freshman season, nailing 11 of 11 FGs — with a long of 47 yards — and 66 of 67 PATs in helping the Hawks win a CIF-SS Eastern Division title.
Luke Van Ginkel, Upland — As reliable as they get with 51 touchbacks on 69 KOs while connecting on 47 of 52 PATs and 7 of 11 FGs — with a long on 45 yards — last year for the Highlander Scots.
Tyler Baca, Menifee Heritage — As a sophomore made all three FG attempts — with a long of 39 yards — while connecting on 33 of 36 PATs in helping the Patriots win a CIF-SS Central Division title.
Wes Koerber, Norco — Was 44 of 47 on PATs, averaged more than 36 yards per punt and nailed a clutch FG to beat Rancho Cucamonga in a CIF-SS Inland Division quarterfinal game.
