Tanner McKee, Corona Centennial…



… is InlandFieldhouse.com’s Player of the Week after an overwhelming statistical performance in a 55-29 victory over San Juan Capistrano JSerra Catholic in a Week 11 CIF-Southern Section Division 1 first round playoff game.

McKee completed 18 of 22 pass attempts for 287 yards and four touchdowns (26, 19, 26 and 26) as the Huskies (10-1 overall) ran away from JSerra in the playoff opener.

The 6-foot-6 junior QB also rushed for 61 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries as Centennial totaled 537 yards on offense. He is the first two-time Player of the Week this season.

With his most recent performance, McKee is within distance of 3,000 passing yards and 30 passing TDs (2,917 yards, 28 TDs), with a relatively average performance next week vs. West Hills Chaminade.
