PREP FOOTBALL 2017
BEST INLAND AREA QUARTERBACKS
1. Tanner McKee, Sr., Corona Centennial — A can’t-miss kid who is going to make some college scout look like a genius, but we all know he’s already great and nothing can stop this super-athletic 6-foot-6 professional prototype except the dangers of the game. McKee could turn out to be the best QB to ever emerge from the Inland Area.
2. Jeremy Moussa, Sr., Eastvale Roosevelt — Came on strong last year with the re-vitalization of Roosevelt’s offense and can certainly sling it. He passed for a whopping 56 touchdowns and more than 4,000 yards last season as the Mustangs marched to a CIF-SS semifinals appearance.
3. Hank Bachmeier, Jr., Murrieta Valley — High hopes rest on the shoulders of this still very young QB who seems older than his years because this will be his third varsity season. Falling 10 points short in last year’s CIF-SS Division 2 title game should fuel his fire.
4. Chance Nolan, Sr., Menifee Paloma Valley — Inland Area football fans have known about this QB’s big arm for a couple of years now, but don’t miss an opportunity to catch him in his final season before he’s off to Middle Tennessee State next season.
AND MORE:
Nick Acosta, Sr., Rancho Cucamonga — Given the keys to an already purring Cougars offense, Acosta has excelled.
Warren Bryan, Sr., La Verne Damien — Under the radar but worth a look, Bryan runs Spartans offense with fervor.
Nick Lasher, Jr., Norco — A quarterback with the body and makeup of a linebacker, Lasher is a rare breed.
Troy Temmink, Sr., Fontana Summit — Now the focal point for SkyHawks, Temmink is best under pressure.
ALSO:
David Baldwin, Jr., Upland
Jacob Barlage, Jr. MoVal Valley View
McGwire Bustamante, Sr., Temecula Great Oak
Nathan Castillo, Jr., Corona Santiago
Jayden Daniels, Sr., San Bernardino Cajon
Moses DeAnda, Sr., Corona
Jordan Pachot, Redlands Citrus Valley
Levi Taylor, Sr., Victorville Silverado
Ryan Wellock, Sr., San Bernardino Aquinas
