Riverside Norte Vista junior RB Eddie Allain has been selected InlandFieldhouse.com’s Player of the Week after an outstanding Week 2-A performance in a 49-12 victory over Riverside Ramona in a River Valley League game on Friday, March 26, 2021.
Allain gained 327 yards and scored four touchdowns on 13 carries as the Braves (2-0 overall, 2-0 RVL) defeated one of its top two league rivals.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound running back scored on two runs over 60 yards and two more over 40 yards, and will look to add to his impressive career totals next week vs. Hillcrest to determine this year’s league champion.
Allain has caught attention since his freshman season, and has improved in the classroom (3.2 GPA) enough to begin receiving letters from NCAA Division I programs.
