Riverside Hillcrest senior Manny Robert RB/WR/DB Manny Robert has been selected InlandFieldhouse.com’s Player of the Week after a scintillating Week 4-A performance in a 35-20 victory over Riverside Ramona in a River Valley League game on Thursday, April 8, 2021.
Robert totaled 259 yards and three touchdowns as the Trojans (4-0 overall, 4-0 River Valley) secured their second league title in three years.
The 5-foot-9, 160-pound all-purpose back ran for 150 yards and two touchdowns and had two receptions for a career-high 109 yards and another score in the win.
Robert has carried the offensive load this season for Hillcrest, and came close to breaking his career high for total yards in a game (280), set last season against Ramona.
