Murrieta Valley senior Brandon Rose has been selected InlandFieldhouse.com’s Player of the Week after assaulting Week 6-B performance as the Nighthawks flew away from Temecula Valley, 56-0, in a Southwestern League game on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021.
Rose completed 12 of 16 pass attempts for 319 yards and a career-best six touchdowns as the Nighthawks (3-3 overall, 1-0 SWL) opened up league play with a resounding victory over a big-mouthed opponent.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound gunslinger currently ranks inside the Top 35 in the CIF-Southern Section in passing yards (1,416), but has the second-highest passer rating (146.6) of any player with more than 115 pass attempts.
