JURUPA HILLS (4-1 overall, 0-0 Sunkist League) picked up the game against Villa Park at the last minute, and played well against physical team with more to lose. Junior RB Kamron Taylor might be the top recruit on the team, but look for WR/RB/DB Jordan Napier has a massive impact on both side of the ball for the Spartans in their final nonleague game.

SUMMIT (4-2 overall, 0-0 San Andreas League) has put up some big offensive numbers over the last three weeks but it’s the SkyHawks defense that deserves the plaudits after limiting Carter, Murrieta Mesa and Kaiser to a combined total of 15 points. This team runs the football – no surprise, perhaps, but the team has four back with more than 15 carriers and each are averaging more than 8.5 yards per carry. That’s no coincidence.
