Hillcrest senior Christian Alvarado has been selected InlandFieldhouse.com’s Player of the Week after a scintillating performance as the Trojans topped Patriot, 41-38, in a River Valley League game on Friday, Oct. 13, 2023.

Alvarado completed 15 of 21 pass attempts for a season-high 333 yards and four touchdowns as the Trojans (3-5 overall, 2-1 River Valley) scored the game-winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

The 5-foot-10, 145-pound quarterback is second in the River Valley League in passing yards (1,173).
