Riverside Poly Claims Tilson Title Once More

RIVERSIDE – Sebastian Perry scored the first goal and added an assist as Riverside Poly defeated Chino Hills, 2-1, on Tuesday in the championship game of the 27th annual Tom Tilson Holiday Classic.
Perry scored in the 13th minute for the Bears (9-3-1 overall), who have won five of the last 10 Tilson tournaments.
“The way they came together, I couldn’t be prouder,” Riverside Poly coach Alex Figueroa said. “For us it is the sweetest feeling.”
David Nava scored on a penalty kick for Chino Hills (2-3-2), which was playing at the Tilson tournament for the first time.
