FOR GAMES OF FRIDAY, SEPT. 5
NON-LEAGUE

CENTENNIAL (-8) vs. ORANGE LUTHERAN — Huskies are underdogs again and will have to get used to it.
CHAPARRAL (+3) at TESORO — Pumas were on point in Week 0 and should carry over some mojo.
COLONY (+4) at RIVERSIDE POLY — Replay of Bears’ last game might mean trouble for Dennis Brown & Co.
ELSINORE (+20) at WEST VALLEY — Tigers learned a lot after last week’s 30-20 win over Corona.
KAISER (-7) at SAN GORGONIO — Cats are always fast, good on defense but depth tips toward Spartans here.
KING (-13) at GREAT OAK — Wolves are improving but Wolfpack are SWL contenders and showing it early.
MURRIETA MESA (-9) at RANCHO VERDE — Rams have size but speed eludes vs. one of Inland Area’s elite.
ARLINGON (+6) vs. LA SIERRA — Matchup so good I know local columnist David Zink will be in attendance.
NORCO (-1) vs. RANCHO CUCAMONGA — All Cougars matchup will again hinge on Norco’s running game.
NORTE VISTA (+12) at RIM OF THE WORLD — Ken Batdorf’s most talented team should win easily.
NORTH (-17) at HERITAGE — Huskies ‘struggle with penalties could be exploited by Patriots QB Brett Virgil.
OAK HILLS (-6) at CRESPI — Kudos to the Bulldogs for scheduling this game loss, and why not?
REV (+3) at SUMMIT — Wildcats might be a top team in new Inland Division, face early test
SANTIAGO (-14) at SANTA MARGARITA — Sharks are no doubt overmatched by one of O.C.’s elite teams.
VISTA MURRIETA (+11) at DOWNEY — Broncos doing their best to remain relevant in new CIF setup
